How To: Make Your Own Graphic Tees

9:26 AM

Just incase y'all haven't noticed...Graphic tees have become a hot commodity recently! There are so many clever sayings, it's hard to decide which ones we like best! So we thought, why not make all the ones we like on our own?! The possibilities are endless! The best party - you only need three things to make your own!

Supplies

First, you need to get the obvious...a t-shirt, tank or sweatshirt. Walgreens or Hobby Lobby usually has cheap, plain t-shirts, but if you want a more jersey fitted tee, I would check out Old Navy! In addition, ASOS has some cute, comfy sweatshirts, and American Apparel always carries cute tanks!

Second, you need to find some iron on letters! You can use these black ones or white ones or any others that you may come across! For kids and baby sized graphic tees, you can use these smaller letters!

Once you have your shirt and letters, all you need is an iron!

Directions

  1. Pick a phrase or saying that you like and peel the letters that you need off of the sheet. Place them however you want on your tee, tank or sweatshirt.
  2. Iron the letters on and follow the directions on the package!
  3. That's it!

With cooler weather around the corner, this "The Snuggle Is Real" Comfort Colors Sweatshirt from Lakeside Cotton is our current favorite!
