Easter is almost here, and it's the perfect time to treat your guests to some fun and festive recipes. Whether you're looking for savory dishes or sweet Easter dessert recipes, we have something for everyone. These Easter recipes are simple to follow and guaranteed to impress your family and friends at your Easter gathering.

Marshmallow Buttermilk Pancakes Recipe

A delightful breakfast treat for the whole family, Pancakes are perfect for your Easter morning celebration! Don't forget to throw on your personalized apron before making these!

Ingredients:

• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 3 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp salt
• 4 tbsp granulated sugar
• 1 cup buttermilk
• 2/3 cup milk
• 2 eggs
• 1/4 cup butter melted
• 6 PEEPS brand marshmallows, cut into small pieces
• Butter or oil for your pans
• Additional marshmallows for garnish

Instructions:

1. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and sugar in a bowl. Stir to combine. Add in buttermilk, milk, and eggs, stirring just enough to start to combine. Add in melted butter and stir just until combined. Add in PEEPS Marshmallow pieces and stir until just combined. The batter will be lumpy and thick.
2. Let batter sit for 2/3 minutes, this will allow time for the baking powder and buttermilk to help puff up the batter.
3. Scoop approximately 1/4 cup of the batter into a skillet that has been preheated to medium-low / medium heat, and lightly brushed with oil or butter. The batter will be thick and you will need to use your scoop or spoon to help spread the batter out a bit.
4. When bubbles start to appear to be browning, flip with a spatula and cook until golden. Pancakes should only be flipped once.

Ingredients:

• 1 package Pillsbury crescent roll seamless dough sheet
  6 ounces cream cheese, softened
  ¼ cup Duke's mayonnaise
  ¼ cup sour cream
  ½ package (4 teaspoons) Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing mix
  1 cup carrot, shredded
  1 cup broccoli, chopped
  1 cup cauliflower, chopped (optional)

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
2. Unroll the crescent roll dough and lay it on a cookie sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes and then cool.
3. Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, and ranch until smooth and spread on cooled crust.
4. Sprinkle the carrots, broccoli, and cauliflower on the cream cheese mixture.
5. Cut into squares and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Deviled Easter Eggs

A timeless Easter recipe, these deviled eggs are elevated with colorful, pastel hues and the perfect creamy filling. 

Ingredients:

• 10 hard-boiled eggs
• About 1/2 cup Duke's mayonnaise
• Paprika
• Mustard, minced chives, freshly ground pepper, bacon bits, etc (optional)

Instructions:

1. Put the eggs in a pot and cover with water.
2. Bring to a boil, turn down the heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes.
3. After 15 minutes, cool the eggs with running cold water.
4. Peel the eggs and cut them in half. It's okay if some of them tear a little, the filling will camouflage that.
5. Put the yolks in a separate bowl.
6. Next, you'll need some food coloring. Make the colors just as you would easter egg dye. A teaspoonful of cider vinegar in each glass helps. I used about 3 drops of food coloring in each glass.
7. Place the eggs in the food-colored water. Take the eggs out when they're a pretty pastel color.
8. Drain them on a paper towel.
9. Mash the yolks with a fork. When they're uniformly crumbly, add about a 1/2 cup mayonnaise. Scoop from your measurement and add half at a time. Make it as creamy as you like. When it's nice and creamy, you can add any extras--mustard, minced chives, freshly ground pepper, bacon bits, etc.
10. Put a little bit of the yolk mixture in each egg, so you don't run out, then go back and add a little more on top.
11. Garnish with a little bit of paprika.

3. Place in fridge for half hour-hour.

Ingredients:

• 1 Large box Jello instant chocolate pudding
• 2-3/4 cup milk
• 1 package Spring OREOS
• 2 cups sweetened shredded coconut
• green food coloring
• PEEPS bunnies
• M&Ms candy eggs

Instructions:

1. Using an electric mixer, whisk the pudding mix and milk for 5 minutes, until thick and smooth.
2. Put all of the pudding in an even layer in a deep, glass serving dish.
3. Use a food processor to blend the OREOS into chunky crumbles and spread those over the pudding.
4. In a large disposable bag, add coconut and a little green food coloring. Shake the bag well until the food coloring is evenly distributed and the coconut turns ‘spring green’.
5. Spread the coconut over the OREO dirt layer.
6. Decorate with PEEPS bunnies and candy eggs. Tip – To get the bunnies to stand up straight, press a toothpick into the bottom on a funny and into the layered dessert.
